My research interests focus on soil-water-plant interactions in arid environments. I have worked on projects involving the phyto-accumuulation of depleted uranium, the distribution of naturally occurring fluoride in mine waste piles, and the concentration of naturally occurring arsenic based on soil properties in alluvial fans.
